We are committed to performing and expanding the repertoire for the unique combination of flute, viola and cello, and have been collaborating regularly with a wide roster of living composers from North and South America and Europe since our beginning. This competition is an extension of our desire to promote chamber music for flute, viola and cello, as well as encourage the writing of contemporary chamber music in general.
It’s official. We have accepted an invitation to perform at the Festival for Contemporary Music, Festival de la Habana! Yes, as in Havana, Cuba! This coming November, we’ll be headed for warmer weather to perform contemporary works by American composers and to give a workshop for Cuban students. We couldn’t be more excited!
Details coming soon. Stay tuned!
